How much does ActionTMS cost?
There are two choices. Free is $0 forever: the full platform for one office user, with unlimited loads and unlimited drivers. Free + AI is $199 per person per month, and that includes the person's office seat. Anyone else doing office work (dispatch, admin, billing) who does not need the AI is $50 per month; read-only teammates are free. An AI seat also turns on Analytics for your whole company: completed loads, on-time delivery and revenue by customer and lane for any date range, on the Analytics page and through the AI assistant. One optional add-on, Pool Dispatch, is $25 per month per company; the account owner turns it on from the Add-ons page in the app and can cancel it any time, with access to the end of the paid period. No setup fees, no contracts, and no credit card to start.
How much does the AI assistant cost?
An AI seat is $199 per person per month, and that price includes that person's office seat. It is $199 total for them, not $199 plus a $50 seat. The AI seat covers the AI assistant working on your live data plus AI document intake for BOLs and rate confirmations. Before you buy one, every new account gets the AI fully unlocked on the sample data, and a one-time free week of the AI on your own loads that you can start once you go live, with no card. It is not offered once anyone on your team has a paid AI seat.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It is $0 forever, with no time limit and no credit card. The free plan is the full platform for one office user: unlimited loads and legs, unlimited drivers, the driver mobile app, driver messaging, the dispatch board and calendar, fleet management, bulk actions, and CSV import and export.
Do drivers count as paid seats?
No. Drivers are free on every plan and never count as seats, however many you run. A seat is a back-office user, meaning a dispatcher, an admin, or someone in billing. Your own seat is always free, and read-only teammates are free as well.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. ActionTMS supports CSV import for loads, free on every plan, and you can quickly add locations, drivers, and equipment through the dashboard or by talking to the AI assistant.
What kind of support do you offer?
Email support, comprehensive documentation, and an in-app AI assistant that can guide you through workflows, troubleshoot issues, and help you set up your first loads. The AI is fully unlocked in the sample-data demo and the 7 day go-live trial; after that it is a paid AI seat.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes, no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your loads, drivers, documents, and history stay. Your team members are set to view-only, drivers keep full access, and the free plan limits apply. If you add seats again later, a Restore button puts each teammate back in their original role, one seat per person.
