Who it’s for
Pool dispatch fits work where the moves are interchangeable: a run out of one place where any of your drivers can take the next one. A stack of containers off the same terminal is the common case. A trailer pool at a customer yard, where drivers cycle empties for loaded trailers, works the same way. Instead of building and assigning each leg one at a time, you set up the pool, give drivers their turns, and they keep the freight moving.
